Presque Decembre: More Pictures

These are all very much out of order. Forgive me. However, I think you can enjoy them in all their entirety.
Lots of trees and sand along the route to Saint-Louis.

Looking really enthusiastic about our absurdly long bus ride.

On the road to Saint-Louis from Dakar. Lots of trees and sand.

Joleen hanging out en route. That bus was like an oven.

Along the route

Windy. Even the wind was hot though...

People crossing the street at will. No traffic rules ever.

On the way out of Dakar. Construction! Everything is always in a perpetual state of halfbuilt confusion.
Along the Corniche at sunset.

Corniche overlooking the ocean.

We found an Ontario license plate in Dakar?!

Late at night in Ouakam en route home. I think I liked the moon in this one...

André climbing a baobab

UNEA- A university in Dakar that we visited for a school mixer. The classrooms were strange empty at night.

More silly photobooth pictures.

Found on a classroom chalkboard. Note Wikipedia as a valid source.

Baby goats on campus!!!!!!!!

Classy dinner at Jardin Thailandais for our friend Artis who was leaving on a two-week trip to Tokyo.
Artis and I with a delicious banana, caramel, ice cream dessert.
Mermoz beach, near my house in Dakar.

Flowers on campus

Juice in a bag. Bissap!

En route to lunch at our professor's house

Looking down the road towards our professor's house. (Our wolof prof looks exactly like Don Cheadle.)

View of the dorms from the courtyard. I live in G3 off to the left.
